With more than 30 years of digital experience, Don leads our North American operations, headquartered in NYC. Prior to joining Investis, Don led global operations at interactive agencies iCrossing and Agency.com. In 2010, he was named by OMMA Magazine as one of its "Online All Stars" in the Media category. BtoB Magazine also named him one of the top 25 "Who’s Who" newsmakers for 2000-2005, and a "Who’s Who in Search" in 2009.

Don sits on the board of The Beacon Group, a leader in growth strategy consulting for Fortune 500. He was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas. He has dual undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mathematical Physics, and a master of science in chemical engineering from Rice University. He also has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Don enjoys keeping up with his favorite sports teams with a glass of wine.

Marlin leads our U.S. client services, strategy and business development teams. Marlin’s teams are responsible for consulting and collaborating with both current and prospective clients to ensure they achieve their goals.

Marlin has over 20 years of consulting, professional services and business development experience with companies like Arthur Andersen, Concentra Healthcare Systems, Agency.com and iCrossing, Inc. Throughout his career, Marlin has primarily serviced Fortune 500 companies and successfully partnered with client teams to help them face the challenges of an increasingly competitive and complex business environment.

Marlin served several roles during his tenure at iCrossing including SVP, Business Development, responsible for revenue while leading the agency's business development team, and EVP, Global Development, responsible for overseeing iCrossing’s client growth and expansion in international markets. Before joining iCrossing, Marlin was VP, Business Development at Agency.com, responsible for net new revenue growth.

Marlin has a BBA in accounting from Baylor University. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and competitive sports.

Chairman

David is an experienced director bringing with him over 26 years of experience serving on public company boards. These include Ocado, Standard Life, Reuters, Trinity Mirror, Emap, Creston and Carphone Warehouse – some of Investis’s biggest UK clients. David spent most of his working life as a finance director in various media companies in both the UK and USA and played a key role in communicating to and interacting with institutional and other investors.

David also sat on the National Development Board of the NSPCC and has chaired a fundraising board of executives that raised over £2 million for Childline. Today David devotes much of his time helping children from remote parts of Nepal get access to a decent education. He sits on the board of The Dolma Development Fund which raised over $40 million to invest in rural impact projects that will provide basic human amenities to communities living in extreme poverty.

When not working, David spends as much of his time as possible tending to his small tea and cinnamon plantation in southern Sri Lanka, the land of his birth. David lives in London with his partner Ros.

Based in New York, Taylor leads our ever expanding U.S. Client Services team. She is responsible for helping companies support organizational growth by providing client direction, building new relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring that projects and client updates are implemented according to plan.

Taylor joined Investis in December 2014 and brings a level of determination and commitment to client service. She works with multiple departments – from account management to project and product management – to better anticipate client needs on multiple fronts.

Taylor graduated from Wake Forest University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology. As a daughter of a college football coach, Taylor has lived all over the United States but her Midwestern roots run the deepest.

Jon leads the Consulting and Strategy team in the U.S. He and his team works closely with clients to define objectives, profile their audiences, map their digital marketplace and shape the right solution for success.

Jon has over 15 years’ experience working with major international brands and companies, helping them thrive in the digital world. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge on how to maximize the potential of digital to help clients achieve critical communications objectives.

Originally from the U.K., Jon joined Investis in 2014 following a career with leading brand, corporate communications and corporate reporting companies. He started his digital career at BBC Worldwide, working with some of the U.K.’s most cherished media brands.

Jon has an undergraduate honors degree in Business and is a U.K. Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified professional.

Jennifer is an international award-winning Creative Director – an innovator who started her career in luxury brands 18+ years ago. She is responsible for brand strategies and growing the company’s creative capacity in North America.

Jennifer has revitalized, repositioned, launched products, services and experiences across all media for world-class brands including Almay, Burberry, GE Healthcare, Jaguar, J&J, Le Meridien, Mercedes and Pfizer. Prior to Investis, she was Creative Director at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), where she led the rebranding of the company. Earlier, she served as SVP, Group Creative Director at DraftFCB (FCB Global) where she built and led the Midwest Consumer Health & Wellness creative department. She began her career in advertising and corporate communications at Y&R and Burson-Marsteller.

Jennifer graduated summa cum laude with a BFA from Savannah College of Art & Design. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner and her 9-year-old identical twin daughters.

As Head of Project Delivery for our North American operations, Melissa leads a talented team of project managers and designers headquartered in New York. She partners with and supports clients as their new corporate and investor relations websites, apps, tools and feeds are brought to life. Melissa is passionate about giving each and every client a personalized experience as they navigate the ever-changing digital landscape.

Melissa joined Investis in November 2014 and brings with her more than 10 years’ experience in investor relations, digital communications, client service and project management. Prior to joining Investis she specialized in investor relation websites and online newsroom webhosting – advising companies on digital best practices and regulatory requirements.

Melissa is a Graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and is currently pursuing an MBA at New York University. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she now resides in the “Big Apple” and loves spending her free time exploring the city as well as practicing yoga.

With over 15 years of experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs coupled with extensive international operations expertise, Julian brings a long record of accomplishment, innovation and digital know-how to the global marketing team at Investis. Throughout his career, Julian has worked on interactive, award winning campaigns across most every media channel for both B2C and B2B audiences.

He has held leadership positions at many of the industry’s top marketing research companies including Harris Interactive, WPP & Schlesinger Associates. Prior to the launch of his consulting firm, advising companies on digital marketing best practices, customer acquisition, engagement and marketing automation, Julian served as the Head of Marketing at Tunecore, the premier digital music distribution company with one of the largest catalogues in the world.

Julian holds an MBA in E-Commerce & Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as professional graduate certificates in market research. A German native and former collegiate soccer player, he enjoys kicking the ball around with his son and exploring the many hiking trails with his dog in Connecticut, where he resides with his family.

As a founding member of Investis' North American operations, Ian is an integral member of the executive management team. Instrumental in growing Investis' US revenue more than twenty-fold over the past four years Ian also continues to help shape overall market strategy and identifying new products for unmet client and market needs.

As a digital advisor and trusted partner to many of Investis' strategic accounts, including The Estee Lauder Companies, WWE, Jet.com and Apollo Global Management, Ian excels at understanding and identifying complex digital needs for sophisticated companies, both large and growing, and delivers them in a manner that leads to future collaboration.

Ian received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University. Prior to joining Investis in 2013, Ian spent 10 years on Wall Street, first as a trader and then in research sales. When not attached to his sales headset, he spends his days at the beach with his wife Lisa, and three daughters Ava, Lily and Mia.

Considered a story teller and a relationship builder above all else, Adam has over 20 years of experience helping Sales/Marketing professionals create more meaningful experiences and dialogs with their constituents. He loves to work with brands to create unique interactions that create measurable results. Adam’s mission at Investis is to sculpt and thoughtfully grow a portfolio of business to align with the ever-changing ways that brands communicate.

Adam has held leadership positions at some of most innovative communications organizations in the US including, Isobar, Skyword and Almighty. He has helped transform some of the biggest and brightest brands including Disney, Timex, Samsung, Hilton and Sallie Mae.

Adam was a Business Administration major at Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI. He thrives on playing and coaching an array of competitive sports and played exactly one down of semi-professional football in New Hampshire after college.

With over fifteen years of experience in marketing communications and account management in the digital space, Holly has proven herself to be an accomplished leader in the areas of business development, brand strategy, team organization, and client relations. With a deep knowledge of engagement cycle across all channels, she has the ability to lead with confidence and innovation.

Holly has spent time at some of the largest agencies from Digitas, R/GA, Ogilvy to Leo Burnett, as well as Travelocity on the client side, and has worked with some of the biggest brands building and evolving their business online. A bucket-list “to-do” for Holly was to develop and market a small CPG from scratch, which she accomplished with a close friend while on brief hiatus from NYC. Together they grew a small frozen cookie dough idea into a profitable company with distribution all along the east coast.

Holly holds a BA in humanities with a concentration in philosophy from Providence College. In her free time back in Connecticut, Holly enjoys collecting wine, cooking, gardening, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.

For over 20 years, Philip has developed and managed strategic relationships with premier brands to deliver content-rich digital marketing, communications and technology initiatives. Applying a mix of digital strategy, client service and business acumen, Philip can often be found speaking at industry events evangelizing the promise of immersive, bespoke relationships between brands and their audiences.

Before joining Investis, Philip was EVP of Client & Market Development for Kanban Solutions, a boutique content management and marketing technology consultancy. Prior to Kanban, Philip held leadership positions at iCrossing, a global full-service interactive agency, and Molecular, a web design and development digital consultancy acquired by Aegis/Isobar. He has driven business impact for such notable brands as Aetna, AIG, Equinox, Ernst & Young, Gillette, Humana, HP, Kaspersky Lab, MetLife, Nikon, SAP, T Rowe Price, Time, and TracFone Wireless. Philip holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Public Law from Alfred University. When not playing dad to his two kids, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and golf.
