Between them Argos and Homebase websites sell over 60,000 products.

We’re working hard in the real world too - refurbishments are underway at Homebase stores; sales in completed stores are up by 15%, and we expect the whole process to pay for itself in three years. Our people are getting it right too - helping customers get exactly what they want from our stores.
Offering exclusive access to quality brands like Hygena, Qualcast and Schreiber has helped us to grow our market share.
Value always counts, so if a customer needs a DIY basic, Homebase is still the place to do it. It’s about making sure our products are accessible to everyone.
Argos stores are changing too - they look better and they’re easier to shop in.
More products are on show and better displayed, like our own-brand Chad Valley toys, and Bush and Alba electronics.
We’ve also brought in quick–pay kiosks for cash payments and cleaner, clearer collection points to improve the shopping experience. But that experience doesn’t end when customers leave the shop.
We’ve been working on how we deliver products to people’s homes; we’re even fitting solar panels in partnership with EON.
Our online Go Create service lets people choose between fourteen hundred different sofa combinations; a good thing given how broad our customer base is.
Colours, shapes, sizes, prices - there’s a sofa for everybody.
And of course, once they’ve got a sofa they need to find the right TV to watch from it - not a problem with the Argos TV finder.
If our customers want to, they can review our TVs, sofas or any other products on our website.
We’ve enhanced our customer service for home delivery - when a product is on its way, we text our customers to tell them.
And because every one of our products can now be sent to customers’ homes, whatever the finishing touch, we deliver.
It’s not just homes and hi-tech – we’re making a down-to-earth difference too.
Homebase has teamed up with Keep Britain Tidy to support their ECO schools programme across England.
Our Grow Your Own products are helping schools go a bit greener…improving their grounds by working with children to prepare an area for planting, then making sure their gardens are looked after.
The future? We’ll keep innovating and transforming the way our customers shop with us, enabling us to maintain our leadership in multi-channel retailing.
