Around two-thirds of each Executive Director's remuneration
is variable and is linked to performance. The performance
conditions for each variable element are the same for each
Executive Director. The following two charts show the fixed
(base salary only) and variable elements of the remuneration
package for Executive Directors for 2005 and 2006 assuming
the target (AIP only) and expected value levels of remuneration
are achieved.
