to enforce against us or them judgments obtained in United

Lewis & Bockius, registered foreign lawyers and solicitors, that
there is substantial doubt as to the enforcement in England, in
original actions or in actions for enforcement of judgments of
US courts, of liabilities predicated upon US federal securities
laws, including civil liabilities under those laws.
