New website requirements for AIM-quoted companies (Rule 26)
07/03/2007
The London Stock Exchange has recently published a new set of rules for AIM companies.
Rule 26 requires all AIM-quoted companies to maintain a corporate website which contains certain information displayed in a specific manner.
New companies joining AIM must have a corporate website in place from the date of flotation, while existing AIM quoted companies will have until 20 August 2007 to comply with the new rules.
Investis are working closely with AIM companies, their NOMADS and PR Advisers in order to ensure compliance with Rule 26. As a leading provider of online corporate communications, we can offer advice and cost-effective solutions to this communications challenge.
To speak to one of our consultants and find out more about how the rule changes affect you and how best to comply with the new requirements, please contact Caroline Surujpaul on +44 (0)20 7038 9058 or email rule26@investis.com. Alternatively, visit the Rule 26 section on our website.
