AIM Rule Weekly Update - 2 weeks to go!

The 20th August deadline for complying with AIM Rule 26 is now fast approaching. Here are the latest developments from last week....
- The Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) published a guide to help
AIM companies comply with Rule 26. This guide provides all the
information companies need to achieve compliance. In order to reach
as many companies as possible, a copy of the QCA's guide was sent
last week to every UK AIM company and their NOMAD. Investis was
pleased to have been involved in the production of this
guide.

- The QCA guide was also featured in David Blackwell's Small Talk
column in Friday's Financial Times. He highlights the fact that the
Rule 26 requirements should be viewed as a bare minimum, pointing
out that " Websites are now the default location for the majority
of investors, whether institutional or retail, when researching a
company. And chief executives who moan about a lack of coverage
should also realise that websites are the default location for
journalists too."
