Job outline:

We are looking for a sales executive to help grow our business in the UK. Working within our Product Sales Team, in our London office, your main task will be to identify, engage and close sales opportunities within the online investor and corporate communications community. There will also be the opportunity to manage client accounts on an ongoing basis.

Client Website Manager


Job outline:

You will proactively manage the website content and builds for a portfolio of blue chip clients.

The role includes management of planned updates and content maintenance for a portfolio of our investor relations and corporate website accounts. You will also manage build projects involving standalone websites, investor tool applications and other interactive features.

You will develop proactive and effective relationships with your clients to improve ongoing management of their websites. You will also work together with the Investis production team to ensure that client requests are completed accurately and on time.



Candidate profile:

You will have customer service and support experience, as well as knowledge of managing web-based projects. You must be a good team player with excellent communication (oral and written) skills. You are well organised and excel at time management. You are used to working under pressure and can prioritise appropriately. You love to troubleshoot and are excellent in multi-tasking. Fluency in European languages is an advantage.

Knowledge of online investor relations and corporate communications or the financial regulatory environment is a bonus, as is an IT or new media related degree.

Front-end Developer/Web Producer


Job outline:

You will be involved in technical build and maintenance work using standards compliant XHTML/CSS (for layout and styling) and content management systems on corporate web sites to meet client requirements within agreed timescales. You will also be required to carry out flash projects.



Candidate profile:

The right candidate will have strong technical skills and be very comfortable using Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Photoshop. A thorough knowledge of CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, Flash/Actionscript and website-building experience is essential. You should be conversant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and latest initiatives.

Knowledge of a content management system and end-to-end project experience from briefing through to completion is a bonus.

You must have excellent English and fluency in other European languages is an advantage.

Applications Support Manager, London


Job outline:

Investis is looking to recruit an Applications/IT Support Manager to manage the triage and workflow of Applications/IT support requests through a growing IT team. The support team will be responsible for:

  • Support of our various platforms, including the performance of service work associated with the live implementations of those platforms and websites builds (MCMS, MOSS 2007, Tridion, Stellent, RedDot and our suite of bespoke CMSs).

The Support Manager will be responsible for monitoring all work requests through the team, ensuring on-time delivery and quality of output for all requests. The Support Team will be made up of a 8-10 experienced back-end and front-end developers who will be responsible for website builds on the different Content Management Systems we employ as well as ongoing support.

Italian-speaking Web Content Builder/Junior Producer


Job outline:

As part of the Web Production team, you will be involved in maintaining our client websites and assist with corporate website building using a CMS. You will be responsible for prioritising and keeping track of updates, and making sure these are being done within tight deadlines and according to clients’ expectations, and reporting back to the project / client website managers when necessary.


Candidate profile:

You are very comfortable using Dreamweaver and Fireworks and have a good basic knowledge of XHTML and CSS. You must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and any experience updating websites using a CMS would be an advantage.

You will need to be fast and accurate to produce work of the highest standard in a pressured environment. You will be a team player with good people skills, a strong administrator, and a flexible highly motivated self-starter with good attention to detail. Experience in processing work orders is required.

Excellent English and Italian language skills are a must and your communication skills, both verbal and written should be exemplary. You will need to demonstrate that you are confident liaising with project/client website managers within the company. The successful candidate will be proactive, punctual, reliable and committed.
