AIM Rule 26
Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies requires all AIM-quoted companies to maintain an up to date corporate website which contains certain information displayed in a specific manner. Rule 26 was introduced in August 2007.
We have produced a quick guide to Rule 26 which includes a check-list for compliance.
What Rule 26 means to you
Websites are now the first port of call for most investors when researching a company. When they come looking, you need to decide whether you want them to find minimum compliance or a fuller picture of your company and your investment story.
You need to consider how you are going to manage this on an ongoing basis, and at your busiest times. Do you have the skills and resources internally? Or could we help?
How we can help
Investis work with more than 120 AIM companies, their NOMADs and PR Advisers in order to ensure compliance with Rule 26. As a leading provider of online corporate communications, we can offer advice and cost-effective solutions to this communications challenge.
