| The number of securities in issue (noting those held in treasury) updated 6 monthly | |
| The percentage of securities not in public hands (where known) updated 6 monthly | |
| Identity and percentage holding of significant shareholders updated 6 monthly | |
| Details of any restrictions on the transfer of AIM securities | |
| General Requirements | |
| The website should belong to the AIM company but may be hosted and managed by a third party | |
| The website should be kept up to date and should display the date it was last updated | |
| A declaration should be made stating that the information is being disclosed in accordance with Rule 26 | |
| All required information should be easily accessible from a single part of the website | |
| Search criteria should not be required in order for website visitor to locate the relevant information | |
