Corporate websites are increasingly gaining importance as a means of explaining about, and attracting potential employees to, a company. The Job Application Manager provides functionality for careers sections by allowing prospective employees to apply for positions directly from the corporate website. Users are able to edit, save and submit their application online with a confirmation email received by the user and company when the application is submitted. Responses are held in a database and can be queried and extracted by the company. An equal opportunities function is also available.
