Alerting Service
We provide an alerting service for those clients where we host the corporate, investor or media website. It allows investors and other stakeholders to choose to receive alerts in text or SMS when new press releases, regulatory releases, annual reports, events or presentations are published on corporate websites. This is useful for stakeholders who have an interest in the company but who may not be able to visit a site regularly. It also encourages traffic back to the website.

Alert Manager
The Alert Manager is a complete contact management system that allows companies to manage their communications with single or multiple groups of stakeholders. A sophisticated administration system provides the ability to create, review and send alerts in different formats to managed lists of recipients. This includes easy-to-use tools for template and alert creation, the automated and manual creation of email alerts in text and HTML and alerts in SMS and the release of alerts at a specified time in the future. Users can be uploaded into or downloaded from the system, alerts can be targeted at different groups and a reporting tool provides companies with at-a-glance statistics on users as well as allowing the data to be analysed in different ways.
The Alert Manager is independent from our other services. It is suitable for integration with content management systems such as Microsoft CMS and Vignette and can also be used by our existing clients.

Event Registration Manager
The Event Registration Manager allows companies to migrate event management tasks online. It enables companies to notify an email database of an upcoming event and provides an online form that allows analysts, journalists or investors to register for an event with their details or to indicate their non-attendance. The database of invitees can then be managed by a corporate communications or investor relations team in one or more locations enabling companies to efficiently track events and their audiences.

Data Download
This allows the user to download up to five years worth of historic company share price data in CSV format. This data can then easily be incorporated into spreadsheets and databases. (Stock exchange restrictions may apply.)

Print Basket
The Print Basket provides users who want to access specific web pages with the ability to print them out in one go. As users browse the website they are able to add pages to their Print Basket and once they have finished, by hitting one button all the chosen pages are collated into one document ready for printing. The print basket works in a similar way to online shopping baskets.
