In summary, we are very aware of our competition which remains strong but see real opportunities to compete. It remains early days, we are winning customers and we are making some gains in market share.
In order for these benefits to flow through to our shareholders, we have to become more efficient.
Our three major programmes bring systems up to date, make the supply chain more efficient and reduce overheads in the business.
Howard has given an update on our Getting in Shape programme, but I should like to spend a few minutes on our other two key initiatives.
