We’re a digital communications company. We’ll help you influence perception, enhance your brand and drive engagement through your digital channels.
This is the ‘must have’ tool for a listed company – an interactive share price charting tool with an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface. The share price center is one of our flagship products that is popular for its variety of content and ease of access.
One of the first things that an investor looks for when visiting an IR site is the company’s share price and related information. The share price center brings together all crucial information in one place – from what’s happening today with your share price, to looking back at its history, as well as providing context and comparison of your stock performance with others’. There are three versions – the Classic, Premium and Advanced which cater for differing budgets, and client requirements.
The share price ticker is a mini share price information tool that displays the basic data on key pages within a website. A ticker is typically what investors look at when they want a quick insight to the share price, and various share price data points can be included depending on the client requirements.
The share price ticker is normally used on the Home and IR landing pages as well as on the Intranet.
The total return monitor has been designed to display the performance of the share price including the reinvestment of dividends - the most relevant measure of total shareholder return.
This tool presents the company's latest share price and dividend data. It also displays other corporate events that affect the total return by including company news to add extra context.
The total return calculator calculates the return of an investment with or without dividends reinvested in the share. It is a useful tool that can be plugged into any web page for users to calculate the value of their holdings.
Depending on your requirements, a version of the tool can also display in table format and chronological order the events that affect the total return such as dividends, share issues and splits.
Historical stock quotes provide the investors with that much-needed insight into the company’s historical stock price performance and offers various charting options and multiple downloads to let the numbers do the talking.
This tool has a simple and easy interface that allows users to view and download historical share price data for one or more shares for a selected period of time.
The dividend chart presents your company's historical dividends as an interactive graph and/or table.
User interactivity is an important element of effective and engaging communication. Our Interactive Factsheet provides the latest information on a company’s facts and figures with a great degree of customisation for a user to select the latest information most relevant to them within a single page HTML view or as a downloadable PDF.
The interactive factsheet displays information in various formats– graphs, charts, commentaries and news items. It displays elements like the company overview, share price center, events calendar, IR news and key financial data – the options are selected by the client.
The corporate alert service is an extremely useful tool which sends out alerts (email and SMS) for any content that provides a consistent RSS feed. The source of this RSS feed could be either an Investis hosted or non Investis hosted website, webpage, tool or product.
Users receive email alerts when specific website content such as stock exchange releases, press releases, reports and presentations, are added. In addition, it can include alerts about the share price status or changes like open, close and intra-day price and volume alerts.
These alerts can be sent either in text-only format or HTML alerts, customised to display the client’s branding (Log and trademark details).
From customers to investors, journalists and regulators see who is looking at your website. No longer just anonymous visitors see which real-world organisations are interested in you – what they're reading, and what they're searching for. Our unique database of more than 250,000 organisations provides invaluable insights for marketers, investor teams, corporate communicators – everyone in your organisation that want to know who's interested in you, and what you're saying.
Everyone likes to monitor how much their website and other digital channels are used. We combine traditional analytics with benchmarks against similar sized companies, and built-in tracking of traffic patterns against share price data and news publication to give deeper insight into how the real world and digital world collide.
Embedding your report’s content increases readership throughout the year.
Our research shows that annual report PDFs are read by only 2% of IR site visitors, with very little interest after their initial publication. But by embedding your report narrative into your site not only is readership significantly increased; investors return to access this key content throughout the year.
Embedding your report content ensures the longevity of the information you release. With no need for separate report microsites or page redirects, stakeholders are more likely to engage with the information. Embedding your report content also means the information within your report contributes to the overall SEO of your website. And through the myInvestis Audience Insight solution there is the added benefit that you can see exactly which organisations are interested in what you have to say.
In addition, we are increasingly working with companies on digital-first sustainability reporting using video, animation and interactive features to engage their broad external audience from NGOs and regulators to communities and potential employees.
