Corporate responsibility at Land Securities

Land Securities develops, manages and invests in commercial property in the UK. Our activities require us to take a long-term view, and by thinking about the future as well as the more immediate challenges, we can ensure the long-term success of our business.

This corporate responsibility (CR) report, our fourth, explains what we have been doing across the business in regard to CR, the benefits to our business in undertaking this activity and how we have performed against our targets and our peers.

We believe CR is about 'doing', and we focus our activities across seven workstreams which make up our CR programme. On the following pages we demonstrate how we are contributing to the communities where we operate, monitoring our impacts on the environment, improving health and safety and developing relationships with our employees, customers, suppliers and investors.
