This is our first interactive Annual Report which we have developed to provide users with greater ease of access to our financial reporting.

We hope that after you have experienced how simple it is to access the Annual Report online, you will register here to receive the Annual Report electronically in the future, in place of a printed version.

We have focused on improving the design and structure of the report by simplifying the navigation to make it more user friendly and adding a range of new features:

• Individual spreadsheets available in Excel to support financial analysis.
• A print function which allows the page to be printed
  in either HTML or pdf format .
• An e-mail function , enabling a single page of the report to be e-mailed to a friend or colleague.
• A sitemap giving an overview at a single glance of all contents of the report.
• The Download Centre enables you to download all pdf and Excel documents found on the site.
